Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to catering quotations and bookings with Jules Kitchen.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for the period stated. Availability is confirmed on booking. Menu, quantities and format are as set out in the accepted quotation.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once the quotation is accepted and any agreed deposit is settled.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the terms stated in the quotation, including any applicable notice periods and deposit terms.

Liability

Jules Kitchen prepares food with care and attention to hygiene. It is the client's responsibility to communicate all relevant dietary and allergen information at the time of booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
